Refurbishments will specialise in delivering all
HMO developments within the group, while our
larger development company focuses on full
commercial-to-residential conversion projects.
This ensures each project type is handled by a
dedicated team with the appropriate expertise
and a琀琀ention to detail.
Following purchase, our refurbishment team
manages the works from initial assessment
through to completion and decoration, o昀昀ering
a fully hands-o昀昀 experience for the investor.
We always recommend a building survey prior
to scheduling works to identify repairs and plan
the project correctly from the outset.
