the group. With
her expertise and
hands-on approach, Maria oversees everything
from se琀琀ing up new accounts to handling
transfers, readings, provider communication,
and on-site support when required.
Introducing a dedicated utilities specialist has
transformed the way we operate. Instead of
relying on multiple external providers or leaving
the responsibility to various departments,
Maria centralises the entire process.
This has dramatically reduced project delays,
eliminated unnecessary back-and-forth with
suppliers, and ensured that utilities are always
correctly organised during vital stages such as
refurbishments, handovers, and tenant moveins.

necessary.
