Addison Planning Consultants Ltd has worked
alongside Property Investment Complete
North West Ltd to provide clear, commercially
focused planning guidance across our
development projects. Founded in 2013 by
Chartered Town Planner Jay Evere琀琀 (MRTPI),
the consultancy brings over 35 years of
experience across both local authority and
private sector planning, o昀昀ering a detailed
understanding of how planning decisions are
made and how proposals can be positioned for
success.
Code L6 Architecture works alongside
Property Investment Complete North West
Ltd to design and deliver our larger scale
development projects. Based in West Yorkshire,
the RIBA-chartered practice provides full
architectural services from initial concept
through to completion, ensuring each scheme
is practical, compliant and suited to its
intended use.
By assessing development potential at an early
stage, identifying constraints and coordinating
specialist consultants, the planning team helps
reduce uncertainty and maximise project value
before construction begins. Their experience
managing complex applications, negotiating
with planning authorities and advising on
policy ensuring projects progress e昀케ciently
and in line with current regulations.
This partnership allows our developments to
be carefully planned, deliverable and compliant
from the outset, strengthening the overall
security and reliability of each investment
opportunity.
Led by partner Andy Brook, the practice
combines creative design with technical
understanding, allowing developments to
balance character, functionality and longterm performance. Their involvement from the
earliest feasibility stages helps shape layouts
that maximise space, improve usability and
support both planning approval and future
valuation.
Working closely with our planning consultants,
engineers and construction teams, Code L6
coordinates drawings, speci昀椀cations and
regulatory requirements to ensure projects
progress e昀케ciently on site. This integrated
approach helps deliver well-considered
buildings that meet modern standards while
enhancing the overall quality and reliability of
each development.
