Starting her legal career in 2000 and
qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, Catherine has
worked across the full spectrum of residential
property—from volume conveyancing 昀椀rms to
in-house roles for national housebuilders, and
most recently, within full-service law practices.
Catherine’s approach is transactional,
methodical, and highly organised, with a
strong focus on risk management for investors
and clients purchasing at scale. Her passion
lies in helping both individuals and property
professionals navigate the legal process with
con昀椀dence, clarity, and e昀케ciency.
